  • Provided over 350 student contact hours to increase their understanding of psychological operations, special warfare, and information operations.

  • Incorporated dynamic new course-ware that leveraged recent operational experience and education to improve student outcome.

  • Efforts as instructor and personal potential resulted in early elevation to Senior Instructor position of POQC.

Liaison Officer/Representative. Singapore. December 2016-June 2017. (Pre-Mission Training for Assignment: April 2016-December 2016).

  • Worked directly with US Navy Contacting Offices resulting in successful contracting of 8 PSYOP series during rotation.

  • Spearheaded effort to re-align and integrate PSYOP personnel and capabilities across multiple countries.

  • Developed 3 separate programs of instruction for long-term PSYOP engagements with allied forces.

  • APR 2015-MAR 2016: Contract Officer Representative- managed $48 million annual contract via quality assurance and monthly invoicing that provided a host of information operations capabilities, solicited, collated, and submitted 2 congressional reports to ensure proud utilization of all funds, and created, reviewed, submitted, and presented the funding requirements for required annual operating funds. This timeline includes pre-mission training.
